San Diego Family Care’s Prenatal Department staff are proud to welcome you to our Prenatal Department. We have excellent trained staff, including experienced OB/GYN doctors and experienced Nurse Midwives. You, your family and your baby are our highest priority! We provide nutrition consultations once every trimester (every 12 wks of the pregnancy) and also provide ongoing health education with our Prenatal Health Educator to assure that all your questions are answered. We provide education about fetal growth and about the changes a woman may experience in her body as her baby grows. All services are offered in various languages. Also offered are social service consultations available for all patients. This means that you can talk to a trained staff member about your feelings and concerns during your pregnancy. Our entire staff becomes a team with you and your family to have a healthy outcome. Having a baby is a special event for your family! We welcome your call or visit with any questions you may have.
